DELIVERY AND TRACKING


Can you send my order to a third party or to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, orders are sent to the person and address as shown on the recorded delivery information. You can have different addresses as shipping and billing address.


To which countries do you ship to?
Currently we can only ship to a UK address

How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery: within 3 working days
Deliveries are carried out on working days from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed before 16:00 (GMT +1) treated the same day.

Can I change my delivery address after I placed the order?
We do our best to deliver your products as soon as possible. Therefore, we can not change the delivery address when ordering.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped from our office, we will notify you via e-mail.

What happens if I'm not at the delivery address when Royalmail tries to deliver the product?
If you are absent when the postman arrives he will leave a message in your mailbox. You can contact your post office again to agree a new delivery.
