Our Community Work

We love working with our family; however, it is more rewarding seeing that our team effort has helped us build lifechanging experiences for our community in Ghana and equally for us in the UK. 

When you spend with MamaSia you are purchasing directly from a source you can trust, we grow and live with our produce. 

Your support enables us to send 5% of our annual income back to our extended family in rural Ghana.

Every year, our team in UK travels to Ghana to help with cultivating the annual harvest, from there we explore our collective objectives on how we can make it our mission to use nature to nourish, heal and beautify the body and mind. 

We do this by being conscious of our collective social responsibility that continues to help our community grow by extending our work ethic outside of farming, through preserving historical monuments, like the oldest known mosque in Ghana, to helping the local mayor encourage traditional practices around sustainability and socially responsible projects.

In 2022, we hope that you will help us provide our community with water, so that the land of Larabanga can be healthy and vibrant. It can take a girl and in some cases boy’s miles to walk for water, that will help to sustain themselves and their families.
