We send MamaSia orders from the UK using Royal Mail, with a choice of UK delivery services and tracked shipping to selected international destinations.
Preparing your order
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) on a dispatch day will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched on the next scheduled dispatch day.
Delivery estimates apply from the date of dispatch, rather than the date you place your order, and are not guaranteed.

International delivery
We offer Royal Mail International Tracked delivery to selected destinations. The following rates apply to parcels weighing up to 1kg.

International delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing may cause additional delays. The free UK delivery offer does not apply to international orders.

Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes or handling fees. Where these are not collected at checkout, you may be asked to pay them before your parcel is delivered.
Tracking your delivery
For tracked services, use the tracking details provided when your order is dispatched to follow your parcel. Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class untracked services do not include end-to-end tracking.
